I am Io. I am twenty-five, and I am in a graduate program. I live far from any classroom. None of this happens with a professor. None of it happens with anyone I grade or who grades me. None of it happens in a classroom. Apartments and clubs that check age at the door. I like two or three people who do not know my program, and I do not tell them. I have no boyfriend. I decide before I open the door.
