Privacy policy

Kloti is a shelf of fictional journals for adults. This page says what happens to information when you read it. There is no account, no comment box, no mailing list, and no payment.

What we do not collect

You do not sign in, and you do not give a name, an email address, or a profile. The site does not run a chat, a contact form, or advertising. The site uses Google Analytics on every page to understand how visitors use it. The site does not sell or share a reader list.

Ordinary server logs

The computer that serves the pages may write a standard access log: the time, the address of the page, the browser type, and the network address the request came from. That is the web server doing its job, not a profile of you. This site does not use those lines to follow a reader from page to page, and it does not hand them to an advertiser.

Google Analytics

Each page loads Google's Google tag and sends page usage data to Google Analytics. Google receives those requests as a third-party service and handles the data under its own policies.

Fonts

Each page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Opening a page sends that request to Google, along with the network address and browser details that come with any request. The journal text and the pictures stay on this site. If you block those two addresses, the pages still read. They just use the fallback type already on your computer.

Age

Kloti is for adults 21 and older. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you are under 21, leave.

The journals

The women, the people they write about, and the events are fictional. A journal is not a record of a real person and not a file of personal data about one.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The disclaimer is the other notice, and it explains what the journals are.
